随着盐井采卤量的增加,地下溶腔不断扩大,淡盐水在溶腔内的停留时间越来越长,溶腔中的卤水已接近或达到饱和状态。高浓度的卤水在返出地面的过程中,随着温度降低和压力减小,卤水逐步达到过饱和状态,如果管道内有杂物或阀门处不光滑,就会有氯化钠晶体结晶析出,附着在管壁和阀门处,造成堵井。及时发现井组异常情况并采取正确处理措施降低卤水浓度,可以减少堵井,保证井组平稳节能运行。

With increase of the amount of brine extraction in salt well,the dissolution cavity expands continuously and the residence time of the dilute brine becomes longer and longer so that the brine in the dissolution cavity gets close to or has reached its saturation.In the process of high concentration brine returning to ground,the brine gradually becomes supersaturated with the temperature and pressure decrease.If there are debris inside the pipe or rough spots at the vavle,sodium chloride will be crystallized and cling to the pipe wall and the vavle which will result in well plugging.When the abnormalities of the well group are found in time and proper measures to reduce brine concentration are taken,well plugging can be reduced and stable operation of the well group with energy saving can be ensured.
