在介绍以玻璃铜为基体的工艺品经表面预处理后进行酸性光亮镀铜及做旧着色处理的工艺流程、工艺配方及工艺条件的基础上,将传统的非金属电镀工艺流程中的敏化-活化-化学镀铜工序改为表面金属化后化学镀银的工序。结果表明:选用本工艺流程制作的镀件导电性好,光亮平整,其镀层与基体结合力强,表面色泽均匀、金属质感好,仿古逼真。并且成本低,操作简便。
在介紹以玻璃銅為基體的工藝品經錶麵預處理後進行痠性光亮鍍銅及做舊著色處理的工藝流程、工藝配方及工藝條件的基礎上,將傳統的非金屬電鍍工藝流程中的敏化-活化-化學鍍銅工序改為錶麵金屬化後化學鍍銀的工序。結果錶明:選用本工藝流程製作的鍍件導電性好,光亮平整,其鍍層與基體結閤力彊,錶麵色澤均勻、金屬質感好,倣古逼真。併且成本低,操作簡便。

This article first introduces the technological process, formulation and conditions of acidic bright copper plating and coloring treatment for the pretreated handicraft with FRP matrix. Then it demonstrates that the procedure of sensitization, activation and chemical copper plating in conventional nomnetallie electroplating technique can be changed into the one of electroless silver plating after surface metallization. The result shows that the plating pieces made by this technology have the properties of high electric conductivity, bright and uniform structure, greater adhesive strength with substrate, smooth surface and good quality with fine metallic sense, vivid imitation, low cost and easy operation.
