当前,高校学生管理中出现了许多法律纠纷,主要集中在学生人身伤害事故、财产侵害、学籍管理与处分纠纷等领域。学校的教育管理权与学生权益之间的冲突已经成为不可回避的事实。为有效防范与妥善处理高校学生管理中的法律纠纷,应坚持依法治校的理念,坚持学生管理事务程序化,切实增强学生管理工作者的法治意识,依法建立学生管理法律纠纷的防范机制,做到防范于未然。
噹前,高校學生管理中齣現瞭許多法律糾紛,主要集中在學生人身傷害事故、財產侵害、學籍管理與處分糾紛等領域。學校的教育管理權與學生權益之間的遲突已經成為不可迴避的事實。為有效防範與妥善處理高校學生管理中的法律糾紛,應堅持依法治校的理唸,堅持學生管理事務程序化,切實增彊學生管理工作者的法治意識,依法建立學生管理法律糾紛的防範機製,做到防範于未然。

Currently,there are many student-related legal disputes in universities mainly including students＇ personal injury,property damage,enrollment management and students＇ punishment.The conflict between school administration and students＇ rights and interests is an undeniable fact.In order to prevent and cope with such legal disputes,we must persist in the notion of managing schools by law and manage student affairs procedurally.Meanwhile,student affair workers must increase their legal awareness and a student-related legal disputes prevention system should be established on the basis of law.
