总结中外大学生健康行为和生活方式研究现状。国外研究认为它们与基因遗传有关。只有充分了解现阶段普通高校大学生存在哪些促进或危害健康的行为、了解形成这些健康行为的成因可为今后进行有的放矢的干预和预防起着至关重要的作用。

This essay summarizes the conditions of college students＇ health behavior and life style between China and foreign countries.The foreign studies state that they are concerned with human Genome.Therefore,only knowing what kind of behavior is currently harming or improving their health,and knowing what leads to such behavior,can we grasp the pathogen and effectively intervene or take precaution.
