以美国速生生莱为试材,探索不同浓度的2,4-D对生菜根、茎、叶不同外植体诱导愈伤组织的影响,进一步探索不同浓度2,4-D、蔗糖和不同光条件对生菜叶片愈伤组织诱导的影响.结果表明:生菜根、茎、叶在2,4-D浓度为1mg/L时外植体叶诱导的愈伤组织各项指标均较好;0.6mg/L2,4-D、20g/L蔗糖、光培养处理时对提高叶片愈伤组织的鲜物重及干物重指标的效果最好,诱导率可达到89.8%.
以美國速生生萊為試材,探索不同濃度的2,4-D對生菜根、莖、葉不同外植體誘導愈傷組織的影響,進一步探索不同濃度2,4-D、蔗糖和不同光條件對生菜葉片愈傷組織誘導的影響.結果錶明:生菜根、莖、葉在2,4-D濃度為1mg/L時外植體葉誘導的愈傷組織各項指標均較好;0.6mg/L2,4-D、20g/L蔗糖、光培養處理時對提高葉片愈傷組織的鮮物重及榦物重指標的效果最好,誘導率可達到89.8%.
이미국속생생래위시재,탐색불동농도적2,4-D대생채근、경、협불동외식체유도유상조직적영향,진일보탐색불동농도2,4-D、자당화불동광조건대생채협편유상조직유도적영향.결과표명:생채근、경、협재2,4-D농도위1mg/L시외식체협유도적유상조직각항지표균교호;0.6mg/L2,4-D、20g/L자당、광배양처리시대제고협편유상조직적선물중급간물중지표적효과최호,유도솔가체도89.8%.
Make the leaves callus of Grand Rapids TBR (Lactuca sativa var. L) as the material,explore different concentrations of 2,4-D on the impacl: of vegetable root, stem and leaf callus, and explore different concentrations of 2,4-D on induction of callus in lettuce. The results showed that the root, stem and leaf of lettuce callus growth best in the concentration of 2,4-D is 1 mg/L,and the influence of 0.6 mg/L 2,4-D,20 g/L sucrose medium and light culture are the best to improve callus. The induction rate reached 89.89%.
