通过“他是同志”这一话语的语义变化，剖析我国自五四运动至今的人权发展状况，阐明话语与社会情境的关系。“他是同志”的语义从“他是革命党人”、一般称呼语、“他是‘非敌人’”到多义共存（包括“他是同性恋者”）的演变过程，反映了我国四个历史阶段人权状况从谋取、改善、践踏到全方位促进和保障的发展轨迹。阐述了这一话语对于社会实践领域的积极建构作用。

This article intends to make an analysis of the development of human rights in China since May 4th Movement till now through the semantic changes of the discourse ＂he is a comrade＂, and expounds on the relationship between the discourse and its social context. The evolvement of the meaning of the discourse from ＂he is a revolutionary＂, a general form of address, ＂he is a non-enemy＂ to its polysemy, reflects the development of the state of human rights in China＇s 4 historical periods, from pursuit, improvement, infringement to all-round promotion and insurance. The article also explains the discourse＇s positive function of participating in constructing social practice.
