本文分析了葡萄糖酸钠的生产工艺流程,设计了该产品生产的自动监控系统。本系统采用了西门子公司的S7-300 PLC作为数据采集及控制中心,运用各种检测设备对产品发酵过程中的主要参数如温度、pH值进行了检测。上位机采用了西门子公司的WinCC作为监控软件,能够实现葡萄糖酸钠生产过程的实时监控。

The technique process of sodium gluconate was analyzed in this paper.The automatic monitoring system of the production was designed.Siemens＇s S7-300 PLC is used to be the data collection in this system and the fermentative process＇s main parameters are detected by the control center with kinds of monitor and control equipment,like temperature and the pH value.Senior PC uses winCC software as monitoring software to realize the real-time monitoring of the production process.
