通过对珠江三角洲地区192位高校教师正式调查数据分析发现:高校教师压力来自人际寡助、制度阻力、教研任务、外部期望、课堂组织和职业发展六个方面。教师压力与创造力人格呈负相关关系,但其关系受到教师个人专业技术职务水平的影响。

Through a formal investigation of 192 University Teachers found that: the pressure of University Teachers scant support from the interpersonal, institutional resistance, teaching and research tasks, external expectations, classroom organization and six aspects of career development. Teacher stress and negative correlation between the creative personality, but the relationship between individual teachers by level of professional and technical positions.
