目的:加强C形臂X射线机术中应用的放射防护措施,保障医务人员和患者的健康。方法:采用辐射剂量检测仪,现场检测C形臂X射线机在术中应用时床边手术人员的受照剂量率,评价其放射防护情况。结果:C形臂X射线机在术中应用时,床边手术人员的头部、颈部、胸部、手部和腹部5个部位受照剂量检测均值超过国标准规定的限值,以胸部和手部受照剂量率较高。结论:C形臂X射线机术中应用时存在放射防护问题。须加强医务人员X射线防护技术的培训,采用屏蔽防护、时间防护及距离防护等综合防护措施,来降低医务人员的受照剂量,尽可能减少电离辐射对医务人员和患者健康的影响。

목적:가강C형비X사선궤술중응용적방사방호조시,보장의무인원화환자적건강。방법:채용복사제량검측의,현장검측C형비X사선궤재술중응용시상변수술인원적수조제량솔,평개기방사방호정황。결과:C형비X사선궤재술중응용시,상변수술인원적두부、경부、흉부、수부화복부5개부위수조제량검측균치초과국표준규정적한치,이흉부화수부수조제량솔교고。결론:C형비X사선궤술중응용시존재방사방호문제。수가강의무인원X사선방호기술적배훈,채용병폐방호、시간방호급거리방호등종합방호조시,래강저의무인원적수조제량,진가능감소전리복사대의무인원화환자건강적영향。
Objiective:To strengthen radiation protection for the C-arm X-ray machine in operation,and protect the health of the physicians and patients.Methods: We monitored the dose rate on the body of the physicians by radiation dose detector when the C-arm X-ray machines were using in operation,and assessed the radiation protection.Results: The mean of dose rate on the head,neck,chest,hand and abdomen of the physicians outnumbered the international standard,and the mean of dose rate on the chest and hand are higher than the rest three parts.Conclusion: Some problems of radiation protection exist in using the c-arm X-ray machine in operation,we must strengthen training for physicians in radiation protection,and adopt comprehensive measures including shielding protection,limitting the exposure time and trying to stay away from the C-arm X-ray machine,etc to avoid radiation damage.
