根据中小企业在我国经济发展中的作用，针对中小企业人力资源管理中存在的的问题，结合中小企业的发展现状对中小企业人力资源管理战略和人力资源规划等方面进行了研究，从制订合理可行人力资源规划、树立以人为本的管理理念、丰富完善企业激励机制、建立企业内部培训制度、建立先进企业文化五个方面提出建议，以供相关企业借鉴。
根據中小企業在我國經濟髮展中的作用，針對中小企業人力資源管理中存在的的問題，結閤中小企業的髮展現狀對中小企業人力資源管理戰略和人力資源規劃等方麵進行瞭研究，從製訂閤理可行人力資源規劃、樹立以人為本的管理理唸、豐富完善企業激勵機製、建立企業內部培訓製度、建立先進企業文化五箇方麵提齣建議，以供相關企業藉鑒。
근거중소기업재아국경제발전중적작용，침대중소기업인력자원관리중존재적적문제，결합중소기업적발전현상대중소기업인력자원관리전략화인력자원규화등방면진행료연구，종제정합리가행인력자원규화、수립이인위본적관리이념、봉부완선기업격려궤제、건립기업내부배훈제도、건립선진기업문화오개방면제출건의，이공상관기업차감。
Based on the functions of small and medium-sized enterprises in the devepment of China＇s econ- my,as well as the prblems of their human resources mangement,this paper has done research into the current situation of the enterprises,the srategy for human resources mangement,and the planning of human resources from the following aspects： establishment of a sound planning, people-first notion of management,motivation mechanism,internal training system, and advanced corporate clture, so as to offer reference to relevant enterprises.
