采用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法,从回顾河北省竞技体育发展历程入手,以近三届全运会成绩为主要依据,分析当前河北省竞技体育发展所面临的形势,查找存在的问题,并从金牌战略、科技兴体、后备人才培养和竞技体育社会化、产业化等角度,提出了河北省竞技体育可持续发展的对策,旨在为我省竞技体育的健康发展和＂沿海体育强省＂目标的实现提供参考。

With the methods of literature review,interview,logical analysis,reviewing the developmental course of Hebei competitive sport and on the basis of the score results of the last three national games,this paper analyzed current situation Hebei competitive sport faces and found the problems.From the perspective of gold metal strategy,making sport prosperous through science and technology,backup talent cultivation plan,socialization and industrialization of competitive sport,it puts forward the countermeasures for the development of Hebei competitive sport,aiming to provide references for the healthy development fo Hebei competitive sport and realization of the ＂the powerful coastal sports province＂ goal.
