介绍了某电厂锅炉水冷壁沉积物较多的基本情况。通过对沉积量和沉积物成分进行分析检测、对机组水汽品质进行查定和对锅炉燃烧工况等情况的分析认为:给水溶解氧的长期不合格导致省煤器等部位的氧腐蚀是造成锅炉水冷壁沉积物较多的主要原因。

The basic situation that the boiler water wall has more deposits in a power plant is introduced.Through detecting scale samples and measuring its quantity,checking the unit steam-water quality and analyzing the boiler burning conditions,it is concluded that long-term disqualification of water dissolved oxygen which leads to economizer oxygen corrosion is the main reason for that problem.
