为了筛选用于评价家榆、金叶榆抗旱能力的生理生化指标,采用随机区组、成对比较复合设计思想,对7项抗旱生理生化指标进行了比较。发现:随土壤含水量降低和干旱胁迫持续时间的延长,家榆、金叶榆的可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量、叶绿素含量、细胞透性均呈增加趋势;可溶性蛋白含量、自由水/束缚水呈降低趋势。在同等干旱胁迫条件下,金叶榆的可溶性糖含量、叶片自由水/束缚水与家榆存在显著差异,这2项指标可以作为评价家榆、金叶榆抗旱能力差异的敏感指标;游离脯氨酸、丙二醛、可溶性蛋白、叶绿素和细胞透性5项指标在金叶榆、家榆之间均未表现出显著差异。

To compare the drought resistance capability of Ulmus pumila and Chinese golden leaf elm(Ulmus pumila cv.Jinye),we applied the methods of randomized blocks and paired comparison design,and measured 7 physiological and biochemical indexes related to drought resistance.The results showed that with the decrease of soil water content and the extension of stress time,for both Ulmus pumila and Chinese golden leaf elm,the contents of soluble sugar,free proline and chlorophyll increased,and additionally cell permeability of leaf increased,but the rate of free water and bonder water decreased;with the decrease of soil water content,the soluble protein content decreased;with the extension of stress time,the MDA content increased.Under the environment of drought stress,there were no significant differences in free proline content,soluble protein,MDA,and chlorophyll between Ulmus pumila and Chinese golden leaf elm,while the soluble sugar content and the rate of free water and bond water in cell of Chinese golden leaf elm leaf were higher than these of Ulmus pumila leaf.These results indicated that soluble sugar content and the rate of free water and bond water in leaf cell were the sensitive indexes to evaluate the drought resistance capability of Ulmus pumila and Chinese golden leaf elm.There are no significant differences in free proline content,MDA,chlorophyll,and cell permeability between Ulmus pumila and Chinese golden leaf elm.
