运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和专家访谈法对上海十个市郊的农民体育健身工程实施效果进行实地调查。结果表明：被调查的农民对农民体育健身工程的认知程度和满意度不够高，但大多数农民都已树立了积极向上的体育价值观；强身健体、增进健康成为农民参加体育锻炼主要动机；农民参加体育活动的形式丰富多样；尽管如此，农民参加体育活动的期望并不高，农民体育健身工程的宣传和实施有待进一步加强。

By using the methods of documentary, Questionnaire and expert interview, the authors carried out a field investigation on the feefcts of the implementation of the peasant fitness project in Shanghai, and revealed the following findings： The peasants cognitive level and astisfaction degree on peasants fitness project are low, but most fo peasants have established positive sports value ; and improving health is the main motivation of participate in sports activities, the form of physical activity is variety ; despite all this, the peasant expect of participation in phys- ical activity is low, and the promotion and implementation of peasant fitness needs to be strengthened.
