学科建设是高校的基础性建设,学科特色是决定高校办学特色的最主要、最深刻的因素。新建本科院校必须立足发展形势和学校定位,坚持重点学科重点认识、重点学科重点建设、重点学科重点管理,走出一条既顺应高等教育办学规律,又符合新建本科院校自身实际的学科建设之路。

Disciplinary construction is the basic factor to ensure the development of the construction of universities.Disciplinary peculiarity is the most important and significant sign of the characteristics of running university.Newly-built undergraduate colleges should protrude their own situation and position,strengthen the construction and management of the key subjects and try their best to explore their own way of disciplinary construction which is not only based on the educational rules but also founded by their own practice.
