在塔北哈拉哈塘区块固井作业中,由于二开裸眼段长,揭开产层后地层压力系数低,存在裂缝型、溶洞型碳酸盐岩地层,采取常规密度水泥浆固井,极易诱发井漏,导致固井失败。通过分析该区块地质特点,根据水泥浆体的颗粒级配理论,优化工艺,采用低密度高强度水泥浆封固了长裸眼段。18口探井二开长裸眼段水泥浆返高全部合格,缩短了钻井周期,提高了固井质量。
在塔北哈拉哈塘區塊固井作業中,由于二開裸眼段長,揭開產層後地層壓力繫數低,存在裂縫型、溶洞型碳痠鹽巖地層,採取常規密度水泥漿固井,極易誘髮井漏,導緻固井失敗。通過分析該區塊地質特點,根據水泥漿體的顆粒級配理論,優化工藝,採用低密度高彊度水泥漿封固瞭長裸眼段。18口探井二開長裸眼段水泥漿返高全部閤格,縮短瞭鑽井週期,提高瞭固井質量。

Because of the long uncased hole,low pressure factor formation and fractured or caved carbonate rock,lost circulation is easy to occur if conventional cement slurry with density of 1.90g/cm3 is used,or even lead to failure in cementing of HaRa HaTang region.According to the analysis of the geological characteristics,on the basis of optimizing the particle distribution of cement,microsphere and microsilicate as well as cementing process,the purpose of cementing long uncased hole with low density slurry is achieved.During the year of 2009 and 2010,in Hara Hatang area,eighteen exploratory wells' cementing length in annulus are all qualified,and low density cementing quality is interpreted as fine more than eighty percent by logging.We have used this method and have proved its reliability,which makes the drilling cycle shorter and cementing quality better.
