Human resources valuation is an important work in management of all kinds of enterprises or organizations, it is also a core part of long sustainable development of enterprises and other organizations. This paper focuses on applied principles and empirical operation steps of contingent valuation method in human resources valuation, and tries to put forward an effective and all -out human resources valuation method to improve the performance of human resources development.
