目的明确本科护生参与老人院社会实践活动的意义。方法对每位护生的实践报告进行内容分析,通过记录、归类、归纳,形成分析项目,最后进行统计,计算每一分析项目出现的频率。结果 77.8%的护生感到老人院的老人们生活质量比较差,68.5%的护生感到老人院的服务从软件、硬件上等诸多方面没有适合老人的需要;63.0%的护生建议应尽可能地满足老人的各种需求,50%的护生建议老人院的管理亟待改善;57.4%的护生觉得在照顾老人的活动中提升了自己;51.9%的护生增加了对社会、对老年群体及其养老现状、自身能力的认识;33.3%的护生产生一种被需要的价值感和自豪感;31.5%的护生认为自己的爱心、耐心和责任心得到了培养,沟通能力和照顾老人的能力有了提高。结论本科护生参加老人院社会实践活动,既培养了学生的职业态度、提高了职业素质和能力,又揭示了当今我国养老体系中存在的问题和解决的办法,为提高老年护理质量提供依据。

To investigate the meaning of practice in the old house for the baccalaureate nursing students. Methods Making contents analysis on the thoughts of the students,after noting,classifying,concluding,to items,then making statistic,concluding the frequency of an item. Results 77.8% students think the old people have lower quality of life,68.5% students think the needs of the old people haven＇t been met,63.0% students suggest the old house should meet all needs as soon as possible,50% students suggest the old house improve the management;57.4% students think themselves upgraded,51.9% students enhance the cognition for society,old group and their abilities,33.3% students are proud to be a nurse,31.5% students think they have been trained in their professional attitude and ability.Conclusion Practice in the old house for the baccalaureate nursing students has made the progress for the students in their professional attitude and ability. On the other hand,it also has displayed some problems and some messures in the old-age care service in China.
