研制了一种双套管式光纤Bragg光栅温度传感器,以实现无外力作用的温度测量.其中外套管隔离外加应力应变,在内套管内松弛地放置光栅以隔离封装结构的表观热应变.引入引出尾纤穿过带孔螺栓,以探测多个串联光栅.为了避免光栅处于张拉状态,封装在外套管1、外套管2和内套管中的光纤余长应分别大于1.4 mm,1.8 mm和0.4 mm.试验结果表明,该光栅传感器的温度响应灵敏度为9.671×10-3 nm/℃,温度测量分辨率为0.1℃.当水温从20℃跃变到70℃时,该传感器的温度响应时间分别为t0.5=15±2 s和t0.9=52±4 s.当水温从70℃跃变到20℃时,该传感器的温度响应时间分别为t0.5=26±9 s和t0.9=63±8 s.

A double thimble type fiber Bragg grating temperature sensor is developed to measure temperature without outside force,where an outer thimble insulates the applied stress strain,and the grating is freely placed in an inner thimble to insulate the apparent thermal strain of its encapsulation structure. The lead-in and lead-out fiber pigtail is threaded through the opening of bolt with pin hole to detect a series of gratings. To avoid the tensile state of grating,the fiber excess lengths are >1.4 mm,>1.8 mm and >0.4 mm in the outer thimble 1,outer thimble 2 and inner thimble. The experiments indicates that the temperature response sensitivity of the grating sensor is 9.671×10~(-3) nm/℃,and the temperature resolution power is 0.1℃. When the water temperature is abruptly changed from 20℃ to 70℃,the temperature response time of the grating sensor is t_(0.5)=15±2 s and t_(0.9)=52±4s. The temperature response time of the grating sensor is t_(0.5)=26±9 s and t_(0.9)=63±8s,when the water temperature is abruptly changed from 70℃ to 20℃.
