研究了镁铝水滑石的焙烧产物(LDO)对阴离子染料废水酸性红88(AR88)的附特征.分别考察了染料的初始浓度、吸附剂投加量、初始pH值、反应温度和竞争离子等因素的影响,并用XRD、红外光谱对水滑石以及吸附前后的LDO进行了表征.实验结果表明:LDO对高浓度的AR88具有良好的去除效果,在15℃、pH=10-11下,1.0 g·L~(-1)的LDO对浓度为2000 mg·L~(-1)的AR88的去除率可高达99.95%,吸附容量为1999.0 mg·g~(-1).经4次回收重复利用的LDO对AR88的去除率仍为90%以上.

The removal of acid red 88(AR88),an anionic dye,from aqueous solution by calcined Mg/AILDHs(LDO)was investigated.The effect on the decolorization rate of AR88 was studied of initial dye concentration,amount of adsorbent,initial pH values,temperature and competitive anions.The solid LDO,both fresh and after removal of AR88,was characterized by XRD and infrared spectroscopy.The results of adsorption indicate that LDO could be used to remove high concentration anionic dyes and the maximum capacity of AR88 at equilibrium(Qe)andpercentage of adsorption(η/%)with a fixed adsorbent dose of 1.0 g·L~(-1)are found to be 1999.0 mg·g~(-1)and 99.95%,respectively,when AR88 concentration,temperature,pH value are 2000 mg·L~(-1),288 K,and 10-11,respectively.The removal rate of AR88 is above 90%for LDO after four cycles indicating the feasibility of LDO regeneration.
