研究硬膜外瘢痕粘连与脊髓中感受疼痛有关的P物质、c-fos的关系。方法:作大鼠椎 板切除模型,分别在硬膜外放置脂肪片、聚己内酯/聚乳酸膜(PCL/PLA),并作空白对照,术 后1,3,6,12周处死动物,造成不同程度的硬膜外粘连。分别以免疫组化法检测相应脊 髓中P物质的表达,免疫组化法及逆转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)检测c-fos的表达,计算 机图像分析软件分析检测结果,并作统计学处理。结果:PCL/PLA膜、脂肪片可以不同程度 地减轻硬膜外瘢痕粘连,使脊髓中P物质、c-fos表达减少,瘢痕粘连与P物质、c-fos表达呈 正相关。结论:在硬膜外瘢痕粘连达到一定程度后,随着瘢痕粘连的加重,P物质、c-fos的 表达也相应增多。

연구경막외반흔점련여척수중감수동통유관적P물질、c-fos적관계。방법:작대서추 판절제모형,분별재경막외방치지방편、취기내지/취유산막(PCL/PLA),병작공백대조,술 후1,3,6,12주처사동물,조성불동정도적경막외점련。분별이면역조화법검측상응척 수중P물질적표체,면역조화법급역전록-취합매련식반응(RT-PCR)검측c-fos적표체,계산 궤도상분석연건분석검측결과,병작통계학처리。결과:PCL/PLA막、지방편가이불동정도 지감경경막외반흔점련,사척수중P물질、c-fos표체감소,반흔점련여P물질、c-fos표체정 정상관。결론:재경막외반흔점련체도일정정도후,수착반흔점련적가중,P물질、c-fos적 표체야상응증다。
To study the relationship between the epidural scal adhesion and pain medium such as substance P and c-fos gene in the spinal cord.Methods:Laminectomy were performed on the Wister ra ts and the autologous free fat patch or polycaprolactone/poly lactic acid(PCL/PL A) membrane or nothing were put on the dura mater.The rats were executed 1,3,6,1 2 week after operation respectively,so different degree adhesion were occurred.I mmunohistochemistry stain and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (R T-PCR) were performed to evaluate the expression of the substance P and the c-fo s gene in the spinal cord,and the results were analyzed statistically.Re sults:The PCL/PLA membrane the fat patch could reduce the epidural scar adhesion and the expression of substance P and the c-fos gene in the spinal cord were also reduced correspondingly.The expression of the substance P and c-fos gene were positivel y correlated to the scar adhesion.Conclusions:When the epidural scar adhesion was severely to some degree,as the scar adhesion increased,the exp ression of the substance P and c-fos gene increased accordingly.
