通过大黄多种提取工艺的比较(水温浸法，乙醇回流法，水温浸-乙醇回流法)，以大黄素为指标成分，采用薄层扫描法测定大黄素提取率，寻求生产胆石通胶囊大黄合适的提取工艺。结果表明，用水温浸-乙醇回流法提取大黄浸膏，能降低胆石通胶囊对大黄生药内控含量标准的要求，有利于大批量生产。
통과대황다충제취공예적비교(수온침법，을순회류법，수온침-을순회류법)，이대황소위지표성분，채용박층소묘법측정대황소제취솔，심구생산담석통효낭대황합괄적제취공예。결과표명，용수온침-을순회류법제취대황침고，능강저담석통효낭대대황생약내공함량표준적요구，유리우대비량생산。
Several extraction methods for Rhubarb (water warm immersion,alcohol reflux,water-warm immersion-alcohol reflux) were compared in this study.The extraction yield of emodin as the content index were determined quantitatively by TLC-scanning to explore suitable extraction process for Rhubarb in Danshitong capsules. As a result, the water-warm immersion-alcohol reflux method is the optimum extraction process of Rhubarb in Danshitong capsules.
