利用激光散射仪和纹影仪观测了水的抛撒首次破碎和二次破碎中的液体颗粒尺寸,并对水的抛撒二次破碎中的液体颗粒尺寸进行了数值模拟计算。实验观测表明:水的抛撒二次破碎中,在固定位置测量到的云雾区液体颗粒Sauter平均直径随测量时间的增加呈现出减小的趋势;而云雾区的宽度随着与抛撒中心的距离增大而呈现出增加的趋势;云雾区前缘的液体颗粒Sauter平均直径则随着与抛撒中心的距离增大而呈现出先逐渐增大然后迅速减小的趋势,这与数值模拟计算结果基本一致;水的抛撒首次破碎过程中,液体颗粒尺寸达到厘米数量级。
利用激光散射儀和紋影儀觀測瞭水的拋撒首次破碎和二次破碎中的液體顆粒呎吋,併對水的拋撒二次破碎中的液體顆粒呎吋進行瞭數值模擬計算。實驗觀測錶明:水的拋撒二次破碎中,在固定位置測量到的雲霧區液體顆粒Sauter平均直徑隨測量時間的增加呈現齣減小的趨勢;而雲霧區的寬度隨著與拋撒中心的距離增大而呈現齣增加的趨勢;雲霧區前緣的液體顆粒Sauter平均直徑則隨著與拋撒中心的距離增大而呈現齣先逐漸增大然後迅速減小的趨勢,這與數值模擬計算結果基本一緻;水的拋撒首次破碎過程中,液體顆粒呎吋達到釐米數量級。
이용격광산사의화문영의관측료수적포살수차파쇄화이차파쇄중적액체과립척촌,병대수적포살이차파쇄중적액체과립척촌진행료수치모의계산。실험관측표명:수적포살이차파쇄중,재고정위치측량도적운무구액체과립Sauter평균직경수측량시간적증가정현출감소적추세;이운무구적관도수착여포살중심적거리증대이정현출증가적추세;운무구전연적액체과립Sauter평균직경칙수착여포살중심적거리증대이정현출선축점증대연후신속감소적추세,저여수치모의계산결과기본일치;수적포살수차파쇄과정중,액체과립척촌체도전미수량급。
Both the experiments performed by use of the laser light scattering apparatus and the schlieren apparatus and the numerical simulation of the secondary breakup of water in the dispersion are presented in this paper. The experimental results show that during the secondary breakup of water in the dispersion the Sauter mean diameter of liquid particles measured at the fixed position in the atomization area becomes smaller as time increases. The width of the atomization area becomes larger as the distance from the center of water dispersion increases, the Sauter mean diameter of liquid particles in the front of atomization area decreases rapidly after increasing gradually as the distance increases,which is in good agreement with the result derived from the numerical simulation, and the diameter of liquid particle in the primary breakup of water in the dispersion has the order of centimeter.
