根据实际工作经验,以管式加热炉为例,分析了炉膛体积发热强度、炉管表面热强度、辐射室排烟温度、对流室排烟温度、炉管内流速、烟气流速、压力降和热效率等影响加热炉设计和选用的8个要素,讨论了表面热强度的确定与传热面积计算,以及加热炉设计性能的综合评判及加热炉优化设计的技术发展方向。值得注意的是,在优化设计加热炉时,除了考虑性能指标外,还要考虑环境保护指标、安全指标和经济性指标。

By taking the pipe heater as an example, eight factors thatshould considered in the design of oilfield heaters are analyzed. The determination of surface hot strength and calculation of heat transfer area are discussed in detail. The comprehensive evaluation of the heater’s design performance is also discussed. The developing trend of the optimization of oilfield heater is pointed out. In the design of the heater, except for the performance index, the environmental protection index and safety index and economic index should be all considered.
