采用6个母本、4个父本,按NCⅡ设计,配制24个杂交组合,对16种氨基酸含量的杂种优势进行了分析。结果表明:F1中各种氨基酸含量,有的表现出正向杂种优势,有的为负向杂种优势。并对各种氨基酸间的相关、亲子相关进行了研究。
採用6箇母本、4箇父本,按NCⅡ設計,配製24箇雜交組閤,對16種氨基痠含量的雜種優勢進行瞭分析。結果錶明:F1中各種氨基痠含量,有的錶現齣正嚮雜種優勢,有的為負嚮雜種優勢。併對各種氨基痠間的相關、親子相關進行瞭研究。
채용6개모본、4개부본,안NCⅡ설계,배제24개잡교조합,대16충안기산함량적잡충우세진행료분석。결과표명:F1중각충안기산함량,유적표현출정향잡충우세,유적위부향잡충우세。병대각충안기산간적상관、친자상관진행료연구。
The heterosis of the content of 16 amino acids were analyzed through 24 crosses made among ten inbred lines of maize (6 females and 4 males) using incomplete parallel cross design. The results showed that the heterosis of the content of some amino acids were high; while for some the values were negative. The correlation between parents and hybrid for amino acids, and between various amino acids were studied.
