目的探讨二氧化硫(SO2)和二氧化氮(NO2)混合气体对豚鼠气道反应的影响。方法40只成年豚鼠平均分为4组吸入不同浓度SO2和NO2混合气体(A组:SO2 14.3 mg/m3+NO2 3.1 mg/m3+空气;B组:SO2 28.6 mg/m3+NO2 6.1 mg/m3+空气;C组:SO2 42.9 mg/m3+NO2 10.3 mg/m3+空气;对照组吸入空气),分别于0、5、10、15 min测定气道内压(IP),另外用组织胺进行气道反应激发试验。结果吸入三组不同浓度SO2和NO2混合气体5 minIP升高,15min时A、B组下降,差异均无显著性(P>0.05),组胺激发后三组PC20值与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论短时吸入混合SO2和NO2气体可使豚鼠气道反应性增高。

Objective To explore the airway response to mixed gas of sulfur dioxide (SO2) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2) in guinea pigs. Methods 40 guinea pigs were divided into 4 groups averagely as following, A group inhaled mixed gas of 14. 3 mg/m3 SO2,3.1 mg/m3 NO2 and air,B group inhaled mixed gas of 28.6 mg/m3 SO2,6.1 mg/m3 NO2and air ,C group inhaled 42.9 mg/m3 SO2,10. 3 mg/m3 NO2 and air ,control group inhaled air. The intratracheal pressures (IP) of airway of the observed guinea pigs were determined at the 0,5 th,10 th and 15 th minute after the inhalation of mixed gas. The experiment on the airway response to the observed mixed gas excited by inhalation of histamine aerosol was carried out also. Results The levels of IP increased at the 5 th minute after the inhalation of 3 kinds of mixed gas of SO2 and NO2 in A,B and C groups ,and declined at the 15 th minute after the inhalation of mixed gas in guinea pigs of A and B groups. No significant differences were observed in the IP levels at different monitoring moments in every group (P>0. 05). The levels of PC20 induced by histamine aerosol in A,B and C groups revealed significant differences compared with those in control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion The short term inhalation of mixed gas of SO2 and NO2 might result in the increases of the airway response in guinea pigs.
