目的探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病患者红细胞膜Na+K+-ATP酶和Ca2+Mg2+-ATP酶活性改变参与糖尿病肾病的可能机制。方法按Reinila制膜法测定了25例无糖尿病肾病和57例糖尿病肾病患者红细胞膜Na+K+-ATP酶和Ca2+Mg2+-ATP酶含量,并与35名正常人作对照。结果糖尿病无肾病组和肾病组红细胞膜Na+K+-ATP酶和Ca2+Mg2+-ATP酶活性均显著地低于正常人组(P<0.01),糖尿病肾病组与无肾病组比较差异亦有显著性(P<0.05)。结论Ⅱ型糖尿病肾病的发生和发展与红细胞膜Na+K+-ATP酶和Ca2+Mg2+-ATP酶活性有密切的关系。

목적탐토Ⅱ형당뇨병환자홍세포막Na+K+-ATP매화Ca2+Mg2+-ATP매활성개변삼여당뇨병신병적가능궤제。방법안Reinila제막법측정료25례무당뇨병신병화57례당뇨병신병환자홍세포막Na+K+-ATP매화Ca2+Mg2+-ATP매함량,병여35명정상인작대조。결과당뇨병무신병조화신병조홍세포막Na+K+-ATP매화Ca2+Mg2+-ATP매활성균현저지저우정상인조(P<0.01),당뇨병신병조여무신병조비교차이역유현저성(P<0.05)。결론Ⅱ형당뇨병신병적발생화발전여홍세포막Na+K+-ATP매화Ca2+Mg2+-ATP매활성유밀절적관계。
Objective To investigate the possible mechanism of nephropathy affected by alteration of activity of Na+K+-ATPase and Ca2+Mg2+-ATPase of erythrocyte membrane in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes.Methods In 25 diabetic cases without nephropathy and 57 diabetic cases with nephropathy and 35 normal controls,erythrocyte membrance Na+K+-ATPase and Ca2+Mg2+-ATPase were detected by Reinila method.Results Compared with normal controls,the activity of Na+K+-ATPase and Ca2+Mg2+-ATPase were decreased significantly in diabetics without and with nephropathy,(P<0.01),whereas the activity of ATP ase in diabetic nephropathy was lower than those without nephropathy(P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence and development of type Ⅱdiabetic nephropthy is correlated to the decrease of Na+K+-ATPase and Ca2+Mg2+-ATPase activity of erythrocyte membrane.
