研究了B30/10CrNi3MoV复合钢板制造船用冷凝器封头的热冲压成型工艺,提出了切实可行的工艺措施,完成了B30/10CrNi3MoV复合钢板标准椭圆封头的加工制造,测试了封头的各项性能,结果表明,获得的各项性能符合设计要求。
研究瞭B30/10CrNi3MoV複閤鋼闆製造船用冷凝器封頭的熱遲壓成型工藝,提齣瞭切實可行的工藝措施,完成瞭B30/10CrNi3MoV複閤鋼闆標準橢圓封頭的加工製造,測試瞭封頭的各項性能,結果錶明,穫得的各項性能符閤設計要求。

The hot forming processing of marine condenser head, made ofB30/10CrNi3MoV clad sheet steel, was investigated.The practicable technological measures are offered.The standard elliptical condenser head was successfully completed,and its performances were tested.The results show that the performances obtained meet the designed demands.
