目的: 探讨低剂量混合稀土“常乐”和硝酸镧的抗氧化作用。方法: 采用肝组织匀浆生化测定法,观察不同剂量“常乐”和硝酸镧〔La(NO3)3〕灌胃6个月后,大鼠肝组织中过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果:10 mg*kg-1“常乐” 组肝的GSH-Px 含量和0.1,0.2 mg*kg-1 La(NO3)3组肝的SOD、GSH-Px的含量与对照组相比有明显增高,2 mg*kg-1“常乐” 组雌鼠、10 mg*kg-1“常乐” 组雄鼠和0.2mg*kg-1 La(NO3)3组肝的MDA的含量均明显降低。结论:低剂量“常乐”和La(NO3)3能抑制自由基的产生,降低体内过氧化物的含量,提高抗氧化酶活性。

목적: 탐토저제량혼합희토“상악”화초산란적항양화작용。방법: 채용간조직균장생화측정법,관찰불동제량“상악”화초산란〔La(NO3)3〕관위6개월후,대서간조직중과양화물기화매(SOD)、곡광감태과양화물매(GSH-Px)화병이철(MDA)함량적변화。결과:10 mg*kg-1“상악” 조간적GSH-Px 함량화0.1,0.2 mg*kg-1 La(NO3)3조간적SOD、GSH-Px적함량여대조조상비유명현증고,2 mg*kg-1“상악” 조자서、10 mg*kg-1“상악” 조웅서화0.2mg*kg-1 La(NO3)3조간적MDA적함량균명현강저。결론:저제량“상악”화La(NO3)3능억제자유기적산생,강저체내과양화물적함량,제고항양화매활성。
Objective:To investigate antioxidation effect of low doses of rare earth element. Methods: The activities of superoxiden dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in the rat liver were studied by means of biochemical measure after young Wistar rats were given different doses of “Changle” and La(NO3)3 for six months respectively.Results:The results showed that the activities of SOD and GSH-Px increased markedly in the group of 0.1,0.2mg*kg-1“Changle” and La(NO3)3,but the concentration of MDA decreased obviously in the group of 2,10 mg*kg-1 “Changle” and 0.2 mg*kg-1 La(NO3)3 compared with the control.The MDA content, indicative of lipid peroxidation,was less. Conclusion:Low doses of “Changle” and La(NO3)3 can prevent cell from being damaged by free radical and preserve the physiological function of the organ.
