目的:比较几种不平衡氨基酸营养支持对肿瘤生长的影响。 方法:荷Walker-256癌肉瘤SD大鼠,空肠喂饲营养制剂10天,根据所喂饲制剂中氨基酸组成的不同,分为A组(平衡氨基酸组)、B组(增量精氨酸不平衡氨基酸组)、C组(去甲硫氨酸不平衡氨基酸组)、D组(去缬氨酸不平衡氨基酸组)、E组(增量精氨酸、去甲硫氨酸和缬氨酸不平衡氨基酸组)。以肿瘤体积增长速度,肿瘤重量,肿瘤重量/尸重,肿瘤组织PCNA指数,肿瘤细胞周期各时相百分比,以及DNA倍性作为观察肿瘤生长速度的指标。 结果:上述各指标值显示:B、C、D组与A组相比,除DNA倍性外,其余各指标值均非常显著降低,但B、C、D组间比较无显著差异。E组与B、C、D组相比较,所有指标值均显著降低。 结论:平衡氨基酸促进肿瘤生长;增量精氨酸、去甲硫氨酸和去缬氨酸三种不平衡氨基酸对肿瘤生长有同等抑制作用;增量精氨酸、去甲硫氨酸和去缬氨酸复合不平衡氨基酸对肿瘤生长抑制作用更显著。

목적:비교궤충불평형안기산영양지지대종류생장적영향。 방법:하Walker-256암육류SD대서,공장위사영양제제10천,근거소위사제제중안기산조성적불동,분위A조(평형안기산조)、B조(증량정안산불평형안기산조)、C조(거갑류안산불평형안기산조)、D조(거힐안산불평형안기산조)、E조(증량정안산、거갑류안산화힐안산불평형안기산조)。이종류체적증장속도,종류중량,종류중량/시중,종류조직PCNA지수,종류세포주기각시상백분비,이급DNA배성작위관찰종류생장속도적지표。 결과:상술각지표치현시:B、C、D조여A조상비,제DNA배성외,기여각지표치균비상현저강저,단B、C、D조간비교무현저차이。E조여B、C、D조상비교,소유지표치균현저강저。 결론:평형안기산촉진종류생장;증량정안산、거갑류안산화거힐안산삼충불평형안기산대종류생장유동등억제작용;증량정안산、거갑류안산화거힐안산복합불평형안기산대종류생장억제작용경현저。
Objectives:To study effects of nutrition support of imbalanceamino acids solutions on tumor growth in tumor-bearing rats. Methods:Different nutritional solutions had been used for 10 days by jejunostomy in rats bearing Walker-256 carcinosarcoma.The tumor-bearing rats were divided into five different groups according to formulas of amino acid composition in nutritional solutions respectively:group A(balance amino acid solution),group B(arginine-enriched amino acid solution),group C(methionine-depleted amino acid solution),group D(valine-depletedamino acid solution,and group E (complex amino acids solution which was arginine-enriched,methionine depleted and valine-depleted).Indices of tumor growth were investigated. Results:The levels of above indice except DNA ploidy were significantly lower ingroups,B、C and D than those in group A,but there were no significant differences among group B、C and D.All tumor growth indices of group E were significantly less than those of group B、C and D. Conclusions:Balance amino acid solution can stimulate tumor growth.Arginine enriched amino acid solution、methionine-depleted amino acid solution and valine-depleted amino acid solution,can inhibit tumor growth seperately;Complex amino acid solution which is arginine-enriched,methionine-depleted and valine-depleted has stronger inhibitory effect on tumor growth.
