本试验利用两种规格的UNICORN BAG培养香菇菌种，结果表明这种具有透气膜的塑料袋既有良好的透气性能，又能防止杂菌侵染，在菌种生产中具有装袋简单快速，接种方便容易，萌发点多，菌种成熟快等优点，具有极好的应用前景。
本試驗利用兩種規格的UNICORN BAG培養香菇菌種，結果錶明這種具有透氣膜的塑料袋既有良好的透氣性能，又能防止雜菌侵染，在菌種生產中具有裝袋簡單快速，接種方便容易，萌髮點多，菌種成熟快等優點，具有極好的應用前景。
본시험이용량충규격적UNICORN BAG배양향고균충，결과표명저충구유투기막적소료대기유량호적투기성능，우능방지잡균침염，재균충생산중구유장대간단쾌속，접충방편용역，맹발점다，균충성숙쾌등우점，구유겁호적응용전경。
Culture shiitake strain using UNICORN BAGS with two types in t his experiment,the results showed that experimental bags with ventilating membra ne either had a good ventilated funciton or can protect from infection of weed f ungi,This bags are of filling simple and fast,inoculation convenient and easy,mo re mycelia sprout drops,and strain growing rapidly etc,and have a excellent apli cation prospects in strain making and cultivation of mushrooms.
