研究通过不同浓度的Cd2+对玉米萌发影响的 测试,结果表明,当Cd2+浓度为0.5 mg/L~1.0 mg/L时,Cd2+可以促进玉米种 子的萌发,提高玉米的发芽势和发芽率,促进玉米芽与幼根的生长;高浓度的Cd2+不 利于玉米 萌发和生长。Cd2+对玉米根生长的影响大于对芽生长的影响。

연구통과불동농도적Cd2+대옥미맹발영향적 측시,결과표명,당Cd2+농도위0.5 mg/L~1.0 mg/L시,Cd2+가이촉진옥미충 자적맹발,제고옥미적발아세화발아솔,촉진옥미아여유근적생장;고농도적Cd2+불 리우옥미 맹발화생장。Cd2+대옥미근생장적영향대우대아생장적영향。
The effects of Cd2+ in different concentrat io ns on the germination of maize were studied.It was shown that Cd2+ raised germination percentage with viablity,index of seed vigor,the bud growth and r oot growth when Cd2+ level was range from 0.5 mg/L to 1.0 mg/L.Hign le vel Cd2+ was harmful to the germination and growth of maize.Cd2+has more influence on root growth of maize than on its bud.
