华北岔河集油田使用交联黄原胶调整注水井吸水剖面,发现调 剖后油井采出水中SRB与TGB细菌含量增加。室内实验研究表明,在粘稠液状商品黄原胶的清 水和油田污水溶液中,当黄原胶浓度大于500 mg/L时,确有细菌增生现象发生;加入适量杀 菌剂如≤500 mg/L甲醛液即可抑制细菌生长、繁殖。矿场18口注水井调剖试验结果表明,使 用用油田污水配制的黄原胶(2 000 mg/L)/醋酸铬(1 000 mg/L)冻胶体系,当甲醛液加量为5 00 mg/L时,调剖后油井采出水中细菌含量有所增加;甲醛液加量为1 000 mg/L时,调剖后 采出水中细菌含量不变;甲醛液加量为1 500 mg/L时,调剖后采出水中细菌含量有所减少。

Overgrowth of bacteria SRB and TGB in produced water was detected when using xanthane/Cr3+ gel in injectivity profile modifica tion treatments of water injection wells at Chaheji fault-block reservoirs in H uabei. It is shown in this paper that these bacteria do grow in fresh and produc ed water solutions of the commercial xanthane used(3% solution product) with con centration>500 mg/L and a proper bactericide might be added to the xanthane/Cr 3+ gelling solution. For a xanthane(2 000 mg/L)/chromium acetate(1 000 mg/ L) gel with 500 mg/L formalin the bacteria growth in produced water can be contr olled, with 1 000 mg/L-can be inhibited practically and with 1 500 mg/L-inhibite d completely as evidenced by the results of operations in 18 water injection wel ls.
