目的：研究义齿软衬材料对全口义齿满意度的影响。方法：选择11例戴用全口义齿的患者，用满意度问卷调查患者使用义齿软衬材料前后的满意度，结果用配对t检验统计分析。结果：使用义齿软衬材料前后，与满意度有关的5项内容中，美观度和语音功能没有显著改变，咀嚼功能、固位功能及舒适性有显著改善。结论：义齿软衬材料可提高全口义齿满意度。
목적：연구의치연츤재료대전구의치만의도적영향。방법：선택11례대용전구의치적환자，용만의도문권조사환자사용의치연츤재료전후적만의도，결과용배대t검험통계분석。결과：사용의치연츤재료전후，여만의도유관적5항내용중，미관도화어음공능몰유현저개변，저작공능、고위공능급서괄성유현저개선。결론：의치연츤재료가제고전구의치만의도。
Objective:To observe the effect of soft denture liner onsatisfaction of complete denture.Methods:11 patients treated with complete denture were employed to assess the differences of staisfaction before and after soft denture liner was used.The satisfaction was tested by a questionaire.Result:Before and after soft denture liner was used,out ward apperance and speaking were not significantly changed,mastication,stability and comfort were significantly improved.Conclusions:Soft denture liner can be used to improve the satisfaction of complete denture.
