研究了乙酰胺的分光光度分析方法。该方法用溴水氧化酰胺,其氧化产物可把I-氧化成I2,I2再和淀粉-KI生成有色络合物来测定酰胺的含量,主要适用于伯酰胺的分析。方法在5×10-6~1×10-4 g/25 mL范围内符合比耳定律,表观摩尔吸光系数ε576nm=4.5×104L·mol-1·cm-1。该法灵敏、快速、重现性好。
研究瞭乙酰胺的分光光度分析方法。該方法用溴水氧化酰胺,其氧化產物可把I-氧化成I2,I2再和澱粉-KI生成有色絡閤物來測定酰胺的含量,主要適用于伯酰胺的分析。方法在5×10-6~1×10-4 g/25 mL範圍內符閤比耳定律,錶觀摩爾吸光繫數ε576nm=4.5×104L·mol-1·cm-1。該法靈敏、快速、重現性好。

The spectrophotometric determination of aimde was stuided. The method is sensitive, rapid and repreducible. The method is based on the bromine oxidation of the amide. The amide oxidation product oxidizes iodide ion to iodine, which is reacted with potatinium iodide-starch to form a color complex for spectrophotometric determination of amide. The procedure is specific to primary amides. Beer's law is obeyed for amide in the range of 5 × 10-6~1 × 104 g/25 mL at maxinium wavelength 576 nm with apparent εs76nm of 4.5×104 L · mol-1 · cm-1.
