在心力衰竭发生和演变过程中,心肌细胞膜的损伤程度起重要作用,以往的研究证实,镧离子可作为心肌通透性的示踪元素,本文应用镧探针对四种不同心功能心脏病人及健康人活检心肌的通透性进行对比性研究,发现镧颗粒以不同程度渗透进入心肌细胞膜,肌原纤维及接近肌膜的线粒体,它们的通透程度与心功能状态一致,提示这些改变对了解心力衰竭的机制十分重要.
在心力衰竭髮生和縯變過程中,心肌細胞膜的損傷程度起重要作用,以往的研究證實,鑭離子可作為心肌通透性的示蹤元素,本文應用鑭探針對四種不同心功能心髒病人及健康人活檢心肌的通透性進行對比性研究,髮現鑭顆粒以不同程度滲透進入心肌細胞膜,肌原纖維及接近肌膜的線粒體,它們的通透程度與心功能狀態一緻,提示這些改變對瞭解心力衰竭的機製十分重要.

Alteration of cardiac cell membrane integrity may play an important role in the development and evolution of heart failure. In present primary study, used lanthanum nitrate as a tracer, the permeability of myocardial cells in specimens from biopsies in four kinds of heart patients within different function state and a healthy control were observed. The results showed that in heart patients, lanthanum particles penetrated the cardiac cell membrane in varying degrees and distributed within myofibril, mitochondria near subsarcolemma. The degrees of cardiac cell membrane and mitochondria penetrated by lanthanum salt were correlated with heart function state. It was suggested that the changes were significant in learning mechanisms of myocardial cell failure.
