介绍利用超声波检测液压支架推移千斤顶位移的原理、检测方法和实验手段,完成了有关的实验。试验研究结果表明,利用超声波检测液压支架推移千斤顶位移是完全可行的,检测精度可达0.1%~0.9%,与差动变压器式传感器等相比具备安装简单、工作可靠性高等特点,为进一步开发应用于矿井井下环境的工业用超声波推移千斤顶位移传感器打下了技术基础,应用前景广阔。

The paper introduces the principle, method and related test for detecting the advancing ram' s movement in hydraulic supports. The results show that it is totally feasible to detect the advancing ram's movement by ultra sonic with the accuracy of 0.1% ~0.9%. It is easy to install with high reliability, compared with the difference transformer sensors. It provides technical condition for developing industrial ultra sonic sensor used for defecting advancing ram's movement in the condition of underground. They will be widely used in future.
