制备了立方织构和{110}双轴织构的银基带,通过准分子激光方法在所制备的双轴织构的银基带上直接沉积了YBCO超导薄膜,其中在{110}双轴织构的银基带上沉积的超导薄膜的临界电流密度JC值达到2×105~5×105A/cm5(77K,0T).
製備瞭立方織構和{110}雙軸織構的銀基帶,通過準分子激光方法在所製備的雙軸織構的銀基帶上直接沉積瞭YBCO超導薄膜,其中在{110}雙軸織構的銀基帶上沉積的超導薄膜的臨界電流密度JC值達到2×105~5×105A/cm5(77K,0T).

Cube textured and {110}<211>textured silver tapes were prepared. YBCO films were deposited on biaxially textured Ag tapes directly. Experiments show that {110} biaxially textured Ag tape is fitted for the deposition of YBCO films. The transport current measured for the film is 4×105A/cm2at 77K, 0T.
