气固两相流体流经弯管时,在弯管内外两侧形成压差.已有的文献表明,该压差大小与气固两相流的混合浓度、气相流速、固相流速、弯管的曲率半径、弯管直径(或水力直径)等因素有关.一定条件下的固相颗粒对气相具有使其湍流强度抑制和加强两种作用,在分别对其进行数值模拟研究时发现:压差除受上述诸因素影响外,无论是在气相湍流抑制区还是湍流加强区,颗粒粒径对压差也具有较大的影响,尤其是颗粒粒径越小这种影响越显著,从理论上分析并解释了形成这种现象的原因,提出了以固相浓度为参变数的弯管内外两侧压差随颗粒粒径的变化的关联式.

It's well known that the pressure difference is produced between the outside and the inside of a bend when gas-solid two-phase flow passing through the bend. The existed references show that this pressure difference is related to following factors, mixture concentration of gas-solid two-phase flow, velocity of gas phase, velocity of solid phase, curvature radius of the bend, diameter of the bend (hydraulic radius) and so on. In certain case, solid phase particle can cause gas phase flow two regions, turbulence intensity restrained region and reinforced region. The numerical simula-tion in present research reveals that particle size has striking effects on the pressure difference both in the gas phase turbul-ence restraint region and in the turbulence reinforcement region, and the smaller particle size is, the more obvious the effect is. This paper analyzes theoretically the phenomena and proposes a correlation of the pressure difference between the outside and the inside of bend with particle size.
