The efficiency of the furnace in No.2 atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of JPC refinery was low,the causes of which,such as dew point corrosion,high flue gas temperature in the convention chamber and poor performance of the thermal insulation linling etc. were analyzed.The adopted transforming measures including the application of sonic soot removing system,flue gas recovery system,fiber spray coating,rock wool spray coating and correspondent adjustment of flow scheme,as well as the analysis of the results,were presented.
