本文阐述一种新型的以AT89C2051单片机为核心的智能化测井流速传感器设计,该传感器采用TIC2543 12位串行A/D转换器、MAX485E半双工收发器构成数据采集/远程传输模块,有与PC机远距离传输的功能.实验结果表明,该设计方案具有模块功耗低、体积小、采样精度高、可靠性好、接口简便的特点.

In this paper, a new type of sensor is designed by way of make full use of the AT89C2051. The sensor has a module of collecting measuring data and long-distance trans mission, and the module consists of serial A/D converter whose differential ratio is 1/2[12] and half-duplex transceiver whose name is MAX485E. The converter's name is TLC2543. the in telligent flow sensor possesses function of long-distance communication with PC interface. The results of the experiment show that the project can be provided with the characteristic of low power, small buldk, very high sampling precision, good dependability and handy interface as well.
