建立了同时检测饲料中洛硝哒唑、甲硝唑、二甲硝唑、替硝唑4种硝基咪唑类药物的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法。样品经乙酸乙酯提取，Oasis MCX柱净化，以0.1%甲酸水-乙腈溶液为流动相梯度洗脱进行液相色谱-串联质谱检测。在10、50、100μg/kg的添加浓度下，饲料中各药物的回收率为70.3%～96.0%，相对标准偏差为4.2%～8.7%。检测限为3μg/kg，定量限为10μg/kg。

건립료동시검측사료중락초달서、갑초서、이갑초서、체초서4충초기미서류약물적초고효액상색보-천련질보법。양품경을산을지제취，Oasis MCX주정화，이0.1%갑산수-을정용액위류동상제도세탈진행액상색보-천련질보검측。재10、50、100μg/kg적첨가농도하，사료중각약물적회수솔위70.3%～96.0%，상대표준편차위4.2%～8.7%。검측한위3μg/kg，정량한위10μg/kg。
A ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS-MS)method was devel-oped to determine ronidazole,metronidazole,dimetridazole and tinidazole in feed.Nitroimidazoles were extracted from ethyl acetate,purified by Oasis MCX cartridges,determined by UPLC-MS-MS.A linear gradient consisting of water containing 0.1%formic acid and acetonitrile was employed to obtain the best resolution of the target analytes.Fortified nitroimidazoles at 10,50 and 100μg/kg in feed,the recovery was 70.3% ~ 96.0% with variation coefficient of 4.2% ~ 8.7%.The limit of detection was 3μg/kg,the limit of quantification was 10μg/kg.
