目的 探讨慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)不同阶段外周血血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的水平与CML病情、预后及疗效的关系.方法 使用CBA技术对55例CML患者及30例正常人外周血VEGF的水平进行检测,同时计数骨髓原始细胞数量.结果 慢性期、加速期和急变期VEGF水平均增高,明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);急变期升高最明显,显著高于慢性期和加速期(P<0.01),差异均有统计学意义.CML患者外周血VEGF水平与骨髓原始细胞比例变化基本一致.结论 CML外周血VEGF水平与病情相关联,检测CML外周血VEGF水平对观察CML的病情发展、预后及疗效的判断具有重要的临床价值.

Objective To investigate the correlation of peripheral blood level of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and relationship with pathogenetic condition,prognosis and therapeutic effect of chronic myelocytic leukemia(CML)in different stages.Methods The peripheral blood levels of VEGF in 55 patients with chronic myelocytic leukemia(CML)(CML group)and 30 healthy adults (healthy control group)were measured with CBA method,and while marrow archaeocytes were counted.Results VEGF level in chronic,accelerated and acute transformation phase increased markedly compared with that of control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).VEGF level was much higher in acute transformation phase than that of chronic phase and accelerated phase(P<0.01).The change of peripheral blood VEGF level was basically coincident with that of marrow archaeocyte ratio in patients with CML.Conclusion The peripheral blood VEGF level is associated with the pathogenetic condition during CML.Measurement of peripheral blood VEGF contributes to the observation of CML development,prognosis and curative effect.
