Granule of Whangee Cleating Mind%brain hemorrhage%phlegm-heat and FU-organ sthenia syn- drome%interleukin-6%Na + -K + -ATP enzyme%brain moisture capacity%empirical study
目的:探讨黄竹清脑颗粒对痰热腑实型脑出血大鼠模型血清中IL-6、Na+-K+-ATP酶的活性及脑含水量的影响.方法:采用脑内注射胶原酶Ⅰ-肝素混合液配合大鼠自体粪便灌胃的方法建立大鼠脑出血痰热腑实证模型,将SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、黄竹清脑颗粒大、中、小剂量组、二陈汤提取液组、鲜竹沥口服液组、痰热腑实证模型组,分别采用放免法及光化学比色法测定各组大鼠血清中IL-6、脑组织匀浆中Na+-K+-ATP酶的活性及脑组织含水量的变化.结果:(1)模型组与空白组相比,血清中IL-6水平及脑组织含水量明显升高(P<0.01),脑组织中Na+-K+-ATP酶明显降低(P<0.01);(2)黄竹清脑颗粒大、中剂量组疗效均明显优于二陈汤组、鲜竹沥组及黄竹清脑颗粒小剂量组.结论:黄竹清脑颗粒可显著提高脑组织中Na+-K+-ATP酶的活性,降低血清中IL-6的含量,具有减轻细胞内水肿、抑制炎性反应,保护脑神经细胞的作用;并对痰热腑实型脑出血有明显的改善作用.
目的:探討黃竹清腦顆粒對痰熱腑實型腦齣血大鼠模型血清中IL-6、Na+-K+-ATP酶的活性及腦含水量的影響.方法:採用腦內註射膠原酶Ⅰ-肝素混閤液配閤大鼠自體糞便灌胃的方法建立大鼠腦齣血痰熱腑實證模型,將SD大鼠隨機分為空白對照組、黃竹清腦顆粒大、中、小劑量組、二陳湯提取液組、鮮竹瀝口服液組、痰熱腑實證模型組,分彆採用放免法及光化學比色法測定各組大鼠血清中IL-6、腦組織勻漿中Na+-K+-ATP酶的活性及腦組織含水量的變化.結果:(1)模型組與空白組相比,血清中IL-6水平及腦組織含水量明顯升高(P<0.01),腦組織中Na+-K+-ATP酶明顯降低(P<0.01);(2)黃竹清腦顆粒大、中劑量組療效均明顯優于二陳湯組、鮮竹瀝組及黃竹清腦顆粒小劑量組.結論:黃竹清腦顆粒可顯著提高腦組織中Na+-K+-ATP酶的活性,降低血清中IL-6的含量,具有減輕細胞內水腫、抑製炎性反應,保護腦神經細胞的作用;併對痰熱腑實型腦齣血有明顯的改善作用.
목적:탐토황죽청뇌과립대담열부실형뇌출혈대서모형혈청중IL-6、Na+-K+-ATP매적활성급뇌함수량적영향.방법:채용뇌내주사효원매Ⅰ-간소혼합액배합대서자체분편관위적방법건립대서뇌출혈담열부실증모형,장SD대서수궤분위공백대조조、황죽청뇌과립대、중、소제량조、이진탕제취액조、선죽력구복액조、담열부실증모형조,분별채용방면법급광화학비색법측정각조대서혈청중IL-6、뇌조직균장중Na+-K+-ATP매적활성급뇌조직함수량적변화.결과:(1)모형조여공백조상비,혈청중IL-6수평급뇌조직함수량명현승고(P<0.01),뇌조직중Na+-K+-ATP매명현강저(P<0.01);(2)황죽청뇌과립대、중제량조료효균명현우우이진탕조、선죽력조급황죽청뇌과립소제량조.결론:황죽청뇌과립가현저제고뇌조직중Na+-K+-ATP매적활성,강저혈청중IL-6적함량,구유감경세포내수종、억제염성반응,보호뇌신경세포적작용;병대담열부실형뇌출혈유명현적개선작용.
Objective: To investigate the effect of Granule of Whangee Clearing Mind on IL-6, Na + -K + -ATP enzyme and brain moisture capacity in rats with brain hemorrhage belonging to phlegm-heat and FU-organ sthenia syndrome. Method : The model of phlegm-heat and FU-organ sthenia syndrome was made by injecting mixed liquor of clostridiopeptidase Ⅰ-calparine and autos dejecta to brain. SD rats were divided into blank control group, large dose group of Granule of Whangee Clearing Mind, middle close group group of Granule of Whangee Clearing Mind, low dose group of Granule of Whangee Clearing Mind, Er-chen Decoction extract group, bamboo juice group and model group. Determine IL-6 in serum, Na + -K + -ATP enzymatic activity in brain homogenate and brain moisture model group increased more obviously than in blank control group ( P < 0.01 ), and Na + -K + -ATP enzyme de- Whangee Clearing Mind were better remarkably than Er-chen Decoction extract group, bamboo juice group and low dose group of Granule of Whangee Clearing Mind. Conclusion: Granule of Whangee Cleating Mind can improve Na+ -K+ -ATP enzymatic activity and cut down IL-6, has the effects of lessening intracellular edema, inhibiting in- flammatory reaction and protecting cerebral neurocyte. At the same time it can cure brain hemorrhage belonging to phlegm-heat and FU-organ sthenia syndrome.
