采用生物测定法研究了宜宾油樟根、茎、叶水浸提液对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的化感作用.结果表明,油樟对小麦的化感作用和供体的不同器官、浸提液浓度以及受体的不同发育阶段有密切关系.油樟浸提液主要延迟小麦种子的萌发.随浸提液浓度的增大,小麦种子的最终发芽率、发芽速率、幼苗叶绿素含量呈"降-升-降"的趋势变化,而幼苗高度、根长呈"升-降"的趋势变化.化感强度综合效应是叶>根>茎,提示人们在小麦生产区要注意油樟种植的密度.
採用生物測定法研究瞭宜賓油樟根、莖、葉水浸提液對小麥種子萌髮及幼苗生長的化感作用.結果錶明,油樟對小麥的化感作用和供體的不同器官、浸提液濃度以及受體的不同髮育階段有密切關繫.油樟浸提液主要延遲小麥種子的萌髮.隨浸提液濃度的增大,小麥種子的最終髮芽率、髮芽速率、幼苗葉綠素含量呈"降-升-降"的趨勢變化,而幼苗高度、根長呈"升-降"的趨勢變化.化感彊度綜閤效應是葉>根>莖,提示人們在小麥生產區要註意油樟種植的密度.

The allelopathy of Youzhang [Cinnamomum longepaniculatum (Gamble), N. Chan] on wheat was studied by bioassay methods. The result shows the allelopathy has a close relation to supporter organs, extract concentrations and receptor developing states. Youzhang extracts mainly delay the seeds germination of wheat. With the increases of the concentration of Youzhang extracts, the final germination rate, germination speed and chlorophyll content of wheat change by way of drop-rise-drop, and seedling height and root length change by way of rise-drop. The synthesis effect of Youzhang leaves on wheat is the strongest, next to that of the roots, and the stem allelopathy is the weakest. Therefore, it is suggested that the planting density of Youzhang should be paid attention to.
