采用间接酶联免疫吸附试验法检测了毒害艾美耳球虫(Eimeria necatrix)二次感染雏鸡肠液和胆汁IgA、IgM、IgG含量变化.结果表明,在E.necatrix二次大剂量攻击性感染雏鸡后的初期,三种免疫球蛋白含量呈现一过性下降,随即回升,14 d较对照和初次感染雏鸡明显增加,表明球虫初次感染所激发的高水平体液免疫对其二次感染有良好的免疫保护作用.

In this study,indirect enzymelinket immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to discover the dynamic changes of content of the immunoglobulins(Igs)in local humor-intestinal fluid,bile of the chickens secondary infected with Eimeria necatrix.The results showed that the data above were also some extent low when the chickens were secondary challenge infected.Thereafter the date began to increase.The content increased significantly compared with the control's and pnmary infection chickens,14 d post secondary challenge infection.The results showed that the chickens were well protected because of humoral immune levels excited by primary infected.
