对四川会理烟区烤烟中的11种矿质元素(氮、磷、钾、钙、镁、铁、锰、硼、锌、铜、氯)含晕及其与香气质、香气量和评吸总分的关系进行了分析.结果表明:(1)会理烟区烟叶中磷、钙、硼、铁、锰、锌、氯的含量在较适宜的范嗣内,但烟叶中氮、钾含量较低,镁、铜含量缺乏;(2)偏相关分析表明,香气量得分与氯的含量显著负相关,评吸总分分别与氯和钾的含量显著负相关和正相关,但香气质得分与分析的11中矿质元素关系不显著;(3)通径分析表明,镁和钾的含量对烟叶香气质得分、香气量得分和评吸总分有较大的正面影响,铁和氯的含量对烟叶香气质得分、香气量得分和评吸总分有较大的负面影响.
對四川會理煙區烤煙中的11種礦質元素(氮、燐、鉀、鈣、鎂、鐵、錳、硼、鋅、銅、氯)含暈及其與香氣質、香氣量和評吸總分的關繫進行瞭分析.結果錶明:(1)會理煙區煙葉中燐、鈣、硼、鐵、錳、鋅、氯的含量在較適宜的範嗣內,但煙葉中氮、鉀含量較低,鎂、銅含量缺乏;(2)偏相關分析錶明,香氣量得分與氯的含量顯著負相關,評吸總分分彆與氯和鉀的含量顯著負相關和正相關,但香氣質得分與分析的11中礦質元素關繫不顯著;(3)通徑分析錶明,鎂和鉀的含量對煙葉香氣質得分、香氣量得分和評吸總分有較大的正麵影響,鐵和氯的含量對煙葉香氣質得分、香氣量得分和評吸總分有較大的負麵影響.
대사천회리연구고연중적11충광질원소(담、린、갑、개、미、철、맹、붕、자、동、록)함훈급기여향기질、향기량화평흡총분적관계진행료분석.결과표명:(1)회리연구연협중린、개、붕、철、맹、자、록적함량재교괄의적범사내,단연협중담、갑함량교저,미、동함량결핍;(2)편상관분석표명,향기량득분여록적함량현저부상관,평흡총분분별여록화갑적함량현저부상관화정상관,단향기질득분여분석적11중광질원소관계불현저;(3)통경분석표명,미화갑적함량대연협향기질득분、향기량득분화평흡총분유교대적정면영향,철화록적함량대연협향기질득분、향기량득분화평흡총분유교대적부면영향.
Content of 11 mineral elements(N,P,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,B,Zn,Cu,Cl)and their correlation with aronla quality,aroma quantity,and smoking quality of flue-cured tobacco leaf sampled from Huili County,Sichuan Province,were investigated.Results indicated that:(1)The level of P,Ca,Fe,Mn,B,Zn and Cl were appropriate,but that of N and K were lower,while that of Mg and Cu were very low(2)Partial correlation analysis showed that,aroma quality of tobacco leaf had no significant correlation with content of 11 mineral elements,but aroma quantity had significantly negative correlation with Cl content;total smoking evaluation results of flue-cured tobacco had significant negative correlation with Cl content and positire correlation with K content.(3)Path analysis showed that content of K and Mg had greater positive effects on aronlg quality,aroma quantity,and smoking quality,while content of Fe and C1 had greater negative effects on those aspects
