以毛白杨插条为材料,研究了3种超声波强度、3种生长素及3个浸泡时长对其扦插生根率的影响.结果表明,在相同生长素、相同浸泡时间下,以200,400W超声波处理的毛白杨扦插生根率明显优于600W及对照;在相同超声波及相同浸泡时间下,ABT对毛白杨生根具有促进作用,IBA和NAA与对照之间有差异,但差异不显著;在相同超声波、相同生长素处理下,以蘸根的插条生根率最高,6h次之,12 h最差.在所有处理组合中,以400 W超声波,ABT 100 mg/L,蘸根的组合生根率最高,达90%.

The aim of study was to investigate the methods for improving rooting rate of Populus tomentosa cutting.With Populus tomentosa shoot segments as cuttings,3 factors,ultrasonication,auxins and soaking time,and 3 levels for each of them were designed.With the same auxins and soaking time,the rooting rate of Populus tomentosa cuttings at the 400 W ultasonication was higher than that at the 200,600 W and CK.With the same ultrasonication and soaking time,IAA and ABT had promoting effects on the rooting rate of Populus tomentosa cuttings,but IBA,NAA,and IBA+NAA had no obvious effect.In the treatments with same ultrasonication and auxins,the rooting rate of dipping treatment Was the highest,and 12 h soaking time WaS the lowest.Among all the treatment combinations,the combination of 400W,100mg/L ABT and dipping produced the highest rooting rate,reaching 90%.Proper treatment with ultrasonication,auxins and soaking time could enhance the rooting rate of Populus tomentosa cuttings.
