针对目前沥青混合料用细集料的砂当量和亚甲蓝技术指标存在的问题,开展细集料砂当量、亚甲蓝技术指标试验研究.分析了不同规格细集料的砂当量的指标差异性、亚甲蓝的指标差异性和砂当量、亚甲蓝指标的相关性,并在大量细集料试验基础上提出了细集料的技术指标和评价原则.试验数据表明亚甲蓝或砂当量试验在检验细集料时有可能将合格的细集料判断为不合格,因此有必要将两个指标结合使用;不同规格的砂当量和亚甲蓝试验结果是有差异的,技术指标与细集料的规格必须一致;目前施工技术规范中细集料的亚甲蓝技术指标偏低,需要调整.

To determine the technical indexes of fine aggregate sand equivalent and methylene blue for asphalt mixtures,the corresponding experimental research was carried out. The index difference and relevance of sand equivalent and methylene blue for different series of fine aggregate were analyzed. Then, based on a large number of fine aggregate tests, the technical indexes and evaluation principle of fine aggregates were proposed. The test data shows that (1) When using the Methylene blue test or sand equivalent test for inspection of fine aggregates, the passable fine aggregate may be judged as unqualified one. Therefore, it is necessary to combine the two indexes for judging fine aggregates. (2) Test results of different series of sand equivalent and methylene blue are different, so the technical indexes must be consistent with the corresponding series of fine aggregates. (3) The technical indexes of methylene blue of fine aggregates in the current technical specification for construction of highway asphalt pavement is too low, it should be modified.
