目的探讨联合应用乌司他丁和血必净注射液治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的临床疗效及安全性.方法将符合诊断标准的96例患者随机分为治疗组A(乌司他丁和血必净)、治疗组B(血必净)及对照组各32例,观察治疗前后患者呼吸频率、血氧饱和度、氧合指数等指标,抽取外周血测定血清肿瘤坏死因子α、白介素6的浓度,并记录住重症监护病房时间、总住院时间、病死率等.结果乌司他丁和血必净可显著改善ARDS患者的呼吸功能检测指标,降低血清肿瘤坏死因子α、白介素6水平,缩短住院时间,降低病死率,结果均优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论乌司他丁和血必净联合治疗可改善ARDS患者的临床症状,明显提高ARDS患者的疗效,显著降低病死率.
목적 탐토연합응용오사타정화혈필정주사액치료급성호흡군박종합정(ARDS)적림상료효급안전성.방법 장부합진단표준적96례환자수궤분위치료조A(오사타정화혈필정)、치료조B(혈필정)급대조조각32례,관찰치료전후환자호흡빈솔、혈양포화도、양합지수등지표,추취외주혈측정혈청종류배사인자α、백개소6적농도,병기록주중증감호병방시간、총주원시간、병사솔등.결과 오사타정화혈필정가현저개선ARDS환자적호흡공능검측지표,강저혈청종류배사인자α、백개소6수평,축단주원시간,강저병사솔,결과균우우대조조(P＜0.05).결론 오사타정화혈필정연합치료가개선ARDS환자적림상증상,명현제고ARDS환자적료효,현저강저병사솔.
Objective To investigate the clinical effects and safety of Ulinastatin combining with Xuebijing injection on treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). Methods 96 ARDS patients were randomly divided into group A (treated with Ulinastatin and Xuebijing injection), group B (treated with Xuebijing injection) and control group, 32 cases were in each group. Respiratory rate, oxygen saturation and oxygenation index of the patients were observed before and after treatment, serum tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 were detected,and time in intensive care unit, total length of stay and mortality were recorded. Results Ulinastatin combining with Xuebijing injection could obviously improve respiratory function testing index of ARDS patients, decrease tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 levels,shorten the length of stay,and reduce mortality. The results were better than that in control group (P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusions Ulinastatin combining with Xuebijing injection can improve the clinical symptoms and curative effect of ARDS patients, reduce significantly mortality.
